Cancellation Policy
At Livin Life Coaching, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching experiences that empower and support your personal growth. To ensure a smooth and professional process for all clients, please review our service policies below. General Terms for All Coaching Services Booking & Payment: All coaching sessions and packages must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your sessions. Payments can be made via our booking page. Session Format & Validity Sessions are conducted via Zoom . Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the validity period of their package. Coaching sessions are confidential, creating a safe space for personal growth and transformation. Free Discovery Call: A complimentary 20-minute discovery call is available for new clients to explore how coaching can support their goals. This session is not a coaching session but an opportunity to discuss your needs and whether coaching is the right fit. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Coaching Packages & Session Validity: Three for Thriving Package – Clarity, Confidence & Direction 3 x one-on-one coaching sessions (45–60 mins each) Personalised strategies to refine your direction and overcome challenges Must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase Total Investment: $510 Sensational Six Package – Break Free & Take Charge 6 x one-on-one coaching sessions (45–60 mins each) Deep mindset shifts and structured roadmap to achieving your goals Must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase Total Investment: $960 Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy: 24 hours' notice is required for any reschedule or cancellation. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. No-shows or repeated reschedules may result in the loss of a session without refund. Refunds & Transfers: No refunds will be provided once a package or session has been purchased. Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who booked them. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
